Juan Perez, a US Marine Corp Veteran, Scout Sniper, and a 10-year Chicago Police Officer knows what it takes to overcome adversity and rebuild a life of purpose. After transitioning out of the military, JP faced personal struggles including PTSD, career misalignment, and multiple failed relationships. Determined to rise above his circumstances, he transformed life through fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
As the founder of the VetRise Academy, he resigned from his law enforcement career and JP now dedicates his life to helping veterans lead themselves with discipline, resilience, and accountability. Through customized fitness and nutrition programs that emphasize sustainable habits and self-leadership, JP empowers others to break through excuses and achieve long-term success.
JP also hosts the VetRise Podcast where he shares strategies for overcoming life’s challenges and more.
