Hear These Truths is about honest leadership, sprinkled with my personal experiences and stories built around an algorithm that I believe works well with developing yourself as a leader.
An algorithm is a concept of INPUTS into PROCESSES that equals a RESULT, most commonly found in computer programming. I have taken that concept further and built my own “leadership algorithm” as follows:
EFFORT + PROCESS + PROGRESS
